Prices are (in Euros) and for the accommodation, not per person.

• Fresh bed linen provided on a weekly basis, including towels (not to be used for the beach) Gas,water and electricity.
• Our price includes the airport transfers on arrival and departure to and from Alicante airport.
• Also available to you at no extra cost, ...... Welcome pack, consisting of tea (English), coffee, milk, sugar, selection of cakes, fresh fruit, bottled drinking water and a bottle of wine.
• No additional charge for cleaning the apartment
• No linen/laundry charges
• No breakages deposit but please be respectful and careful and replace if any should occur.
• No Key Deposi but if you should lose or misplace them you will be required to replace them and charged a call out fee.
• No meet and greet charges. We will welcome you personally. (free of charge!!)

Our Rental Rates have remained competetive for the last 7 yars....
We try to keep our rates on a competitive level by not charging for other services other renters charge, of which some are listed on the side bar.

We currently have a good clientele who respect our property and its contents, by leaving it in a nice tidy condition, should an accident occur they inform us and pay for whatever has to be replaced, as we would expect them to do. It is for this reason we can keep our pa. rices down. Unless things change we will not charge extra.

Compare our Tariff with other apartments available for rent in Guardamar, on the Costa Blanca and see what the final rental rate with the "extras" added on, will be. You will find a big difference between our rates and other renters..

Rental Rates

PLEASE NOTE: THE ABOVE TARIFF IS QUOTED IN EUROS NOT UK POUNDS.

Notes to the rental rates...Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency, unless the currency and amount, is specifically agreed in advance with the owner/ advertiser.

Deposits - No deposit will be required, all we ask for is your flight details (name of airports including departure and arrival times both ways) and your personal details (address and telephone numbers for our records) to be forwarded to us, to enable us to arrange your airport transfers.

A confirmation of booking email will be sent on receipt of your details.

Your reservation will not appear on the availability calendar as booked until the confirmation of flight details and personal details are received by us.

The full cost is required to be paid in Euros at the time of your arrival, at the apartment in Guardamar. This is at our discretion only.
