Our Apartment in Guardamar del Segura:
The apartment, is on the ground floor, just outside the external access door is a small tiled terrace with a small grassed area, a r garden table and four chairs, which is favourite for having a nice cool beer or a glass of chilled wine and people watch as they go to and from the beach.. From here you can look down and see the lovely blue sea of the Mediterranean, which is a three minutes walk or 150 metres down to a glorious Blue Flag beach 12 kilometres long.
As are all properties on the Costas, the apartment is built for the hot weather and it does get cool in winter, so for the cooler weather, there is a mobile gas heater and oil filled radiators which keeps the apartment warm.
